Calling all creative renegades with a passion for travel, disruption and a knack for hacking growth! We’re searching for 10 passionate volunteers to join our growth expedition as Growth Hacking Gladiators at Travel the World HQ, a social enterprise redefining adventure experiences.

Minimum Commitment: 1-hour commitment at least 3 days a week for 3 months.

What you’ll conquer:

• Grow our tribe: Research, brainstorm, and execute ingenious hacks to expand our community, platform, and other initiatives. Think outside the box, and be creative.
• Frugal ingenuity is your magic potion: Work with limited resources but limitless imagination to achieve exponential growth through clever experiments and guerilla tactics.
• Own your growth spells: Take charge of your initiatives, collaborating with the team to cast strategic spells and optimize results.
• Data detective: Analyze results, learn from your experiments, and constantly refine your approach for exponential growth.
• Collaboration champion: Share your learnings, discuss ideas with the team, and contribute to building a winning growth strategy for the entire community.
• Master the toolkit: Be familiar with tools like Canva, ChatGPT/Bard, and Notion (or eager to learn!), and leverage them to streamline your workflow and unlock creative growth hacks.
• Connect with the tribe: Understand the needs and interests of our diverse community, from travelers to travel businesses and social enterprises.
• Documentation ninja: Track your growth hacking exploits and help us refine our strategy for future domination.
